Partial Venue Hire
We welcome partial venue bookings for groups from 25 - 75 people.
Family gatherings, birthdays, work functions, team drinks, engagements… all are welcome!
We have several flexible indoor areas which we can section off for your exclusive use during our trading hours.
Catering packages available for grazing boxes, nibbles, finger foods or hearty meals.
Having a large event?
Full venue capacity of 150 - available on select dates for larger events. Enquire with our team for more information about booking an exclusive event. Minimum spend and booking fees apply (scroll for more details).

Booking Fees
For partial venue hire, we charge a small deposit at the time of booking to secure your space. When your event commences, the deposit will be put towards a bar tab of the same value for your guests.
15-29 ppl - $100 deposit
30-49 ppl - $250 deposit
50-75 ppl - $500 deposit
There are no minimum spend requirements for partial venue bookings up to 75 people. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a later booking in the event of an emergency cancellation.

For full venue hire, a booking fee of $5000 provides our brewery space for your exclusive use
This includes a minimum spend of $2000 across the bar and $3000 venue hire and staffing fee.
Whole venue bookings include.
Exclusive use of our venue, including our outdoor deck with weather resistant blinds and heating
An event manager for your event, who will manage and co-ordinate your event prior to the date and manage your event and guest list on the evening
Catering co-ordination to match your style and budget (catering charges apply)
A full set up and clean up crew to create a space suitable for your needs
Access to our full stereo sound system, projector and microphone
Ability to select your own DJ or entertainer for the evening (conditions apply)
A fully insured venue with excellent facilities
Optional extras - including access to our food truck, a custom brewed beer named by you, a customised drinks menu, brewery games
A $1000 deposit is taken at time of booking to secure the space and is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a later booking in the event of an emergency cancellation.
Bar Tabs and Catering
We can run bar tabs for your specific event in any form - common options include just specific tap beers and soft drinks on the tab, all tap beers and basic wines, and can include the full drinks list. The tabs can be prepaid or paid off at the end of the event, with invoicing available if required.
Ramblers offers a range of catering options to suit your function.
The Food trailer is in full operation and can provide food off the regular rotating menu, or provide a specific food option if arranged at a prior time. Fingerfoods and platters available with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options available for any event.

Music and Entertainment
We are happy to discuss any requirements you have for your event. We do not usually have live music or DJs due to the open plan nature of the venue.
Entire Venue bookings retain some more flexibility with entertainment, to be discussed on a case by case basis.
Ramblers Ale Works does have a projector installed and a microphone if required.
