MELBOURNE BEERFEST
Join us on the road as we continue our 2025 festival season! Festival #2 is Melbourne Beerfest on Saturday 22 February 12pm to 7pm at St Kilda’s Catani Gardens.
It’s a big one featuring approx 35 alcohol vendors, 15 food vendors, and live music by Sneaky Sound System!
We’ll be representing Hawthorn with some EPIC brews made specifically for the festival, including THICC our Berliner Weisse Smoothie Sours made with an Imperial Sour and PURE fruit purees

GLENFERRIE FESTIVAL
Join us on the road as we continue our 2025 festival season! Festival #3 is the Glenferrie Festival on Sunday 2 March from 11 am to 5 pm on Glenferrie Rd, between Barkers & Burwood roads.
This HUGE street festival attracts 80k+ visitors with carnival rides, live music, other entertainments, and stalls from local traders.
We’ll be representing Hawthorn with a selection of our favorite brews (including the THICC smoothie sours) as well as Wine, Spirits, and Soft Drinks.

OPERA AT THE BREWERY
Experience opera in a new way at Ramblers Ale Works in Hawthorn!
Forget the stuffy concert halls, this is opera with a twist in the laid-back setting of your new favorite local brewery.
Grab a beer, enjoy great food, and let Melbourne opera stars Leah Phillips and Luke Belle wow you with stunning duets and solos that’ll make you fall in love with opera (no fancy outfits required).
Expect two 30-minute sets of opera hits with live piano and the freedom to grab drinks or food when you like and an outdoor breakout space if you want to chat or take a break from the music.

- Picnic Tables: $80 per table (seats up to 8)
- Cabaret-Style Seats: $15 per person (shared tables of 4)
All proceeds from seat bookings support the performers bringing opera to unexpected places. Entry is free for standing-room patrons, but seats are limited so book now!

The footy’s back! We’ll be playing free-to-air games live on our big-screen all season. We’re also bringing back footy tipping with on-tap and takeaway prizes.

Ladder tipping is run in-house. Submit your ladder and public display name via email to hello@ramblersaleworks.com with subject line “Ladder Tipping”. Entries must be received into our inbox before the start of the first game of opening round. Lowest score wins. A perfect prediction scores 0. The most imperfect prediction scores 162.

JOJO FESTIVAL
Jacket on, Jacket Off! We’re launching a new quarterly festival day (and beer!) at the brewery celebrating everything Melbourne!
On Saturday 15 March 2025 our inaugural celebration marks the start of Autumn. We’ll be releasing ($8 pints!) of our first ever JOJO Seasonal IPA that will change with the seasons just like Melbourne.
We’ll run live music from 2 pm to 9 pm and put on a special food truck menu paying tribute to the many different cultures that make Melbourne, well…Melbourne.
To top it off, we’re bringing in some of our favorite local wine and spirit producers to showcase their offerings.

GABS MELBOURNE
Join us on the road as we continue our 2025 festival season! Festival #5 is GABS - the Great Australian Beer SpecTAPular! This year GABS will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 4-5 April 2025 .
We’ll be represented at the Festival Container Bars with our ‘Red Sky At Morning’ Ginger Red Ale - a fiery and sweet brew combining ginger, molasses and the richest of red ales.
We’ll also have our own stall showcasing our newest festival brews.

GREEN HOP FESTIVAL
We’re celebrating the 2025 Australian Hop Harvest with a day long mini-festival! Located at our Hawthorn Brewery, we’ll be releasing our 2025 Green Hop beer incorporating a ridiculous amount of Victorian Eclipse hops picked off the bine just 24 hours before brewing!
It’ll be available for $8 a pint, and we’ll have live music running all afternoon alongside a special food truck menu and other drink specials.

MOTHER’S DAY

Our beautiful 1930s building has a 350 square metre blank canvas for a ceiling. On Friday 16 May - the UN International Day of Light - we’ll be lighting it up with projectors.
